Pi Day is My Favorite Holiday!
Not only does it happen twice a year, but it's a holiday that celebrates Math! It happens once on March 14th (3.14 the decimal approximation) and then again on July 22 (22/7 the fractional approximation).
This year is extra special because I'm teaching PreCalculus this summer for the first time in over 10 years! I've also organized a Wikipedia edit-a-thon to celebrate Pi Day and STEM related topics. We'll have both pizza and fruit pie!

Things to do on Pi Day
Pi Day is celebrated in Math classrooms all over the world twice a year on March 14th (3/14) and "Little Pi Day" on July 22nd (22/7).
