Instructional Technologist
In my role as an Instructional Technologist at Fordham University, I provided essential technological guidance and support to faculty, helping to enhance their scholarly and teaching activities. I worked closely with faculty members to integrate the latest tech tools into their courses and research, including supporting our Academic Computing Environment (ACE) and collaborating with academic departments to drive innovative practices in learning and research. I also teamed up with IT groups across the university to ensure comprehensive support for faculty and students alike. My responsibilities also included supporting online education, administering Blackboard, and producing digital media content for a seamless, effective teaching experience. With a strong focus on training, I led one-on-one and group sessions both in person and online, empowering faculty to incorporate technology confidently into their teaching, enhancing Fordham’s educational experience. Additionally I provided hands-on support at our Faculty Technology Centers, maintained lab facilities, and guided departments on purchasing relevant IT resources.

Senior Instructional Technologist
As a Senior Instructional Technologist, I provide one-on-one consultations and lead group training sessions, creating customized resources to empower Fordham’s faculty and staff. My role involves onboarding, training, and coaching team members while serving as a resource on the latest trends in educational technology. I support instructional design for online, hybrid, and blended learning, guiding faculty in creating effective course content and supporting the development of Fordham’s online programs.
I also organize university-wide events, such as New Faculty Technology Orientation, and act as a liaison across departments to foster collaboration. Additionally, I assist directors in crafting and delivering complex project messages and keep leadership informed on project status, progress, and impact. As a project manager, I oversee key project components, create implementation strategies, and ensure quality outcomes by applying my expertise in learning design, project management, and Fordham’s academic environment.
